This Mental Health Awareness week I wanted to share this Hematite & Carnelian bracelet, it can help you to feel safe, supported and secure, calming overwhelm and anxiety. 💕

Hematite is highly protective, but it’s also very healing. Hematite grounds your energy firmly to the earth, dissolves negativity and prevents negative energies from entering the aura, restoring peace and harmony to the body.

I feel so fortunate having such a fantastic, hard working team at Elements.

Over the next few days and weeks I am going to try and introduce them to you all.

Mandy and I have been friends and co-workers since Elements opened back in 2017.

Mandy is a highly skilled crafter specialising in metalwork including her incredible and very popular wire fairies.

Mandy and I have a magical bond with the sterling silver wire wrapped jewellery, I tune into the crystals and lovingly hand select them and she wraps them with sterling silver wire here in Elements.

Without the Elements team I wouldn’t be able to do any of the things that make Elements special... I am so grateful! 🙏🙏🙏

Tonight is the New Moon, are you setting new intentions?

If so I wanted to share some of my top tip to help to get your energies in the frequency of that which you are trying to manifest.

🌕 Create an atmosphere that helps you feel comfortable & purposeful on your journey towards yourself and your intention.

🌕 Meditate to create space away from the noise, the chatter in your head to allow your true voice to be heard.

🌕 Spend a few moments to reflect on what you have achieved.

🌕 Focus on the feeling that you will have when you achieve your intention.

🌕 Write down your intention.

Remember to remind yourself daily of your intentions.

Today is the start of Mental Health Awareness week

Today is the start of Mental Health Awareness week. Supporting our mental health is something I am passionate about.

Life is unpredictable. Relationships, work, health, are all organic entities that flow partly with the energy we put into them.

But I believe there is another part where the unexpected can happen; a space where we don’t have control - this is where I work.

In challenging times there was a spiritual roadmap directing me towards where I was meant to be.

We have to trust that life is going to happen. Crystals opened up a door for me that wasn’t open before.

Feel the present moment and listen to that voice inside. If you need support I am here for you.
